Each person is unique and therefore requires a somewhat different approach than what might work for someone else. My objective is to support my clients through their journey to reach a long-term lifestyle change. The right focus, in combination with knowledge about exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes, will be the basis of reaching each desired goal.
